1. Firstly go to www.blogger.com if u have google account link with it or else create account in the google account or click here. and link it with blogger.
2. Here in the below image you can see NEW BLOG button on the left side , click on it .
3. After clicking the NEW BLOG button, you will get the pop window. Now you should fill all the credentials that appears in the pop window such as your blog title and blog unique URL and theme of your blog.
4. By clicking CREATE BLOG button you can create your own blog and the new window opens with your blog name as shown in the below.
